What counts as a document analysis?

Each file you upload — an EOB, denial letter, prior authorization notice, hospital bill, or similar — counts as one analysis.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel from your account settings and your access continues through the end of the billing period.

Is my data safe?

Documents are processed with AES-256 encryption and are never stored in plain text. Vindicate is HIPAA-aligned and CCPA compliant. Enterprise customers can request a BAA.

Does Practice pricing include all seats?

Practice is priced per seat with a minimum of 3 seats. Volume discounts are available — contact us for teams larger than 20.
